Hi. I wasnt able to download the premium version but i was able to download the next gen online version. But now i have 2 gta v's downloaded. The full game and just the gta v online for next gen xbox.

If this is through Xbox store the additional items will be added automatically on your in-game account.

I own the game and specifically the gta v premium online . That mean full game and some things in online that i can't play .

If you got GTA V on Xbox or Playstation, you need to get the Game Pass/Playstation Plus for the online features.
If you buy GTA V on PC from Steam, Epic Games or any other platform, you will get GTA Online for free forever. If you buy the Premium edition, you will get the Criminal Enterprize Starter Pack for free.
