GTA V Pre-Order! And now, MS charged me a second time

Hey guys,

last week, i pre-Ordered GTA V via Games on Demand and payed with my credit on my account!!! Everything went well.

Today (minutes ago) i want to download the game - and now, they charge me a second time for the same game, so i payed 140Euro for ONE GTA V...

The second payment was with Paypal, the confirmation still here... so the Money is on the way

How can we solve this Problem.

Pre-ordering from MS store?

They are giving a $20 marketplace credit if you pre-order GTA V through the MS store and I was wondering if anyone has pre-ordered a game through there before and if you get release date delivery?

I just cancelled my pre-order, its now launching the same time as Battlefield 4, I can always get gta V a year or so later at a cheaper price..

I have a similar issue. I preordered a week ago and downloaded a week ago. Today I go to play band it's making me redownload it again and again. I've had this issue with AC4 and AW. I bought the xbox to get a head start on games ,, but so far this system
had been failing. Makes me regret not even using my ps4 that's siting on my floor untouched. I don't understand how you lose a customer as loyal as I was. Just too many issues, my beautiful access hub won't show my subscription after I purchased a years subscription.
What's going on xbox..

 

Hi there,

i talked to the Service via Chat yesterday! She did a really great Job and canceled my last order.

My MS Account says, that i get back the mone via PayPal... but the Paypal Account still Show only the payment for the Game and no Information about a credit note for the payment!!!

Should i contact the Service again or did this take a few days?!

met4phore - if you haven't deleted the game to redownload then hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down. That should fix the problem.

Sky - it will take a bit for the refund to go through and show for you. If you don't see anything in about a week then contact phone support again. Don't forget to use your reference number when you call.
