GTA V not working properly on Series S

In the game you can't get the phone out, anyone know why?

But on which direction did you press the d-pad? Up, down, left, right. You need to press Up on the Dpad to bring out the phone.

I am pressing up but nothing happens, I know the up button works as I use that on other games.

What do you mean you can't get the phone out? Where are you in the game while trying to do it, what button are you pressing?

Right at the start when you log in and need to press d pad, nothing happens.

Hi,

All Xbox One games (with the exception of Kinect titles) will work on Xbox Series X/S.

So yes, GTA V will work on Series X.
