Gta V keeps restarting

So when i got gta v i bought it from On Demand. Ive been having problems where im playing online with my friends and itll take me to the very first loading screen of the game when you start it. I can not also play as Franklin in story mode because my game
will restart. Can somebody help me please? Its frustrating that i cant play gta that i paid 60 dollars for. And ive re downloaded the game about 3 times and it made no difference.

GTA V keeps restarting

Gtg V does the same thing on my Xbox 360. Any suggestions as to how I can get it to stop resetting after I have played with it for 15 min

i dropped my xbox ...yeah i know how very stupid of me but i was rushing out the house and i was playing GTA V and so yeah i dropped my xbox and yes it was on and of course it burn a ring in the disc and that just keep restarting ..disc is bad, doesnt
work ..kool so i go get a new one and now that one keeps doing the same thing and so i thought its was might have been my data so i deleted everything and yes i mean everything for GTA V reinstalled the game and it keep restarting

 

As for the restarting you just need to select and load your memory. As for No Franklin I have no clue.
