    GTA v keeps freezing then the console restarts


    when I play gta v my game freezes and closes when I try to open it it says "sorry we had trouble installing this" but it's already installed then the console turns of and loads back up with the green Xbox one screen

    Gaming to tide you over til launch

    My gta v keeps hard freezing on the same level. Apparently an issue with older 360's according to what I read online. GTA v keeps freezing then the console restarts :( GTA v keeps freezing then the console restarts :(

    My Xbox 360 keeps freezing on the R* screen, I have tried re installing the game, also I have bought a downloadable copy and I still have the same problem I have cleared my cache, also moved my save data onto a different storage device I've tried using a
    different account this happens for both disc and downloadable copies

    Delete GTA5, clear the system cache, power cycle, and then re-install. If it's still not working then you've probably damaged your console and it will need to be serviced.

    As Maxen13 has said, probably from dropping your system. Also, this could be it, what are you on? 360 Slim, the E or the Arcade or Elite?

    Do other games still work? It could very possibly be a disc drive (or other hardware) issue after the fall, rather than specific to GTA.

    As for the restarting you just need to select and load your memory. As for No Franklin I have no clue.
