    Was given a link from Microsoft Support to create a post here, but I'm having an issue with installing a near-perfect-condition GTA V disc onto my xbox. Ref:

    Try clearing your system cache 3 times an redownload the installation that you have on the installation disk for gta v

    Are you receiving any errors when you try to install, or is it simply not installing? Since you've already worked with our phone/chat team, can you let me know what troubleshooting you've completed as well? This will prevent me from asking you to do anything
    you've already done.

    If I may ask, may I have the exact error message upon attempting to install GTA V?

    May I know which platform are you trying to install the game, is it on Xbox One/Series or Windows PC?

    Does this happen to other games or just specifically for GTA V?

    Just to confirm, you have also mentioned that your game GTA V is a disc game, is that right?

    This error "0x8730063" seems to be an unknown error code.

    I just want to clarify, the error codes show up after the installation and you're unable to launch GTA V is that correct?

    May I know which device are you using to install the game, is it on Xbox 360, Xbox One, or Xbox series console?

    Also, is your GTA V a digital game or a disc game?

    Connecting to Xbox Live takes a long time.

    Ok. Reformatted the hard drive, and it's still quick to log in. I originally only had GTA V installed on the 120 GB hard drive, so instead of installing that, I installed both discs of Mass Effect 2 (which takes up more space than GTA V), and I had no
    issues with logging in. I'm now reinstalling GTA V to see if the issue comes back. If GTA V is the culprit, I'll switch to their help forums.
