GTA V freezing up on one console not other

The problem here is with your console's DVD drive. Although your other games work fine, this is still the reason for your issue. The manufacturing process for Xbox 360 discs is different for every game. Some data maybe located on part of the disc that
your console's drive is having difficulty accessing. This could be a fault with your console's drive or due to age, wear and tear.

You could try installing the game disc to a USB Flash drive. You will need at least a 16GB Flash drive with just over 8GB free. If the install is successful, your game should run from the Flash drive, and assuming the Flash drive meets the requirements for
use on the console, the freezes should no longer be an issue.

Note that you will still need the game in the drive in order to play.

Yes, it allows me to play other games but GTA V is the only game that freezes on the loading screen.

If GTA V is freezing could be probably with disc or might have scratch on disc?

GTA V came out weeks ago.

GTA IV has been modded for years and nothing will ever be done to fix it.

The most they can do is freeze your console,they can`t access your account.

When developers let their games be destroyed by modders, you really should consider it before buying their next game.

Within a few months GTA V will be just as bad.

GTA V is not coming out on next gen. It might show up on PC once the console versions are finished and polished up but Rockstar has confirmed it won't be coming to next gen consoles. There are a few other developers focusing on current gen before making
the jump like NHL 14 for example. If we do see GTA V on the next gen consoles eventually people will be pissed because they will have to buy a second copy of the game to play it.
