GTA V - FPS DROPS and TEXTURE LOADING please help

Hello, I have a problem loading textures and fps crashes in GTA V online. When driving in a car or motorbike, the game starts to mow and is unplayable. I have no other problem with
the game. I thought it might be a problem in that I had 4gb of free memory after deleting Battlefield I and releasing 74gb the problem did not stop. Internet speed is 100mb / 100mb nat open so the connection will probably not be a problem. This is the classic
XBOX ONE 500gb. Thanks in advance for your help

Xbox One lag/FPS drops (The Witcher 3, Battlefield 1, etc...)

Recently got a brand new 500GB FIFA 17 Xbox One S, and I have lag/FPS drops in some games:

Battlefield 1 Multiplayer - Takes around 2 minutes to load maps, FPS drops in Conquest

GTA V Multiplayer - FPS drops when I join a session with other players

The Witcher 3 GOTY edition - FPS drops in some areas (Novigrad, Oxenfurt, Swamps)

I have no issues with other games like CoD: Black Ops 3, Rainbow Six Siege, etc...

My connection is fine.

Xbox loads textures slow

Install GTA V (Disk 2) on a 8gb, 16gb or 32gb or 1tb etc. USB drive! I did that and the game runs absolutely fine with textures loading fast and driving more smoother. (not the Xbox 360 Hard drive)

Sorry to hear about what's going on with your GTA. Seeing as you do have excellent internet speed I want you to Uninstall Your Game
and download it afterwards. Let me know if you have performance issues afterwards!

On the rare occasion that my games start to run all messed up I power cycle the console by holding the power button on the console for anfull 10 seconds until it turns off completely. I tirn it back on and try again and the game will usually work fine
again.

GTA: SA looks nice on the PC with a Graphics Overhaul Mod and some texture or effects or sound mods. I got mine all loaded up. My ENBseries (Graphics Overhauled) makes my game look nearly like the GTA: V trailers.

Thanks for the info guys. And @ Farscape problem is pretty heavy FPS drops and overall motion smoothless like when I turn my camera. When the sun starts to go down in GTA V and all the lights and such turn on then I drop FPS a lot. Or if I go off road where
there's dirt kicking up and stuff I drop to like... 13FPS and it's horrible to try and steer.
