Gta V Download Issues?

Hello,

Before you ask, yes I have tried all of the solutions, like clearing the system cache and deleting and re downloading the game. So, A little bit of backstory: My cousin had come all the way from Russia to play with me, and Bought along his account to Canada
(I'm posting on his account right now). So, we download it, played a bit of Black Ops 2 while downloading it. So then, once it's done, It tells me that the Disk Is Unreadable. I go through a lot of time just downloading and re downloading the game. And today,
It told me that Game cannot play redownload it or something like that. So I'm doing that right now. Anybody Got any suggestions?

Freeze on save in Skyrim and can't even get past the loading screen in GTA V

If GTA V is indeed downloaded from the marketplace and not a disc, try this.

Delete GTA V and clear your cache 3 times.

Restart your console.

Download 16 GB of demos (this is how big GTA V will be in the end)

Once those have finished download all the GTA V files from your download history (GTA V, Installation Packs 1-4)

After you've done that, feel free to delete the demos.

This worked for me, hopefully it works for you too!

GTA V ON DEMAND

When you finish the Gta V download go into the game then back out once you see the pictures. Then it will download 4 more things THEN you can play Gta V

Sounds like the game is digital and was originally purchased by your cousin. If this is the case then the issue is caused by region. Some content cannot be downloaded to a region other than where it was originally intended.

Hi there !

Some updates may require installation to the internal hard drive on the console, specifically. To clarify a bit further, do you see any issue when the update is downloading, other than the download location? Any sort of error message or issue with the download,
or accessing GTA V after it downloads?

I don't have enough space to download it to my console so it'll appear in active downloads and then say something along the lines of 'Unable to Download' and it will clear from active downloads.

I can access GTA V fine but without the updates I can't access GTA Online.

Hi, it could be a problem with your storage device, if you are using a hard drive, then try deleting the game, then download a few demos that add up to the same size of GTA V, then re-download GTA V. The reason to download the demos first, is that GTA V
is stored on another part of the hard drive which hopefully wont give you the error.

the problem isnt the game, it's when i download the gta v packs with it. (the packs are basically the mandatory disc install with regular gta v)
