GTA V Download Disk Unreadable HELP!

So a while back I bought and downloaded GTA V from the On Demand Store. I had no problems with the game other then it freezing from time to time. I deleted the game to make room for other games and DLC. Lately I decided to re-download GTA V and for some
reason if I did anything else other then sit at the dash-board. It would stop the download and it would corrupt it and I would have to delete the game and re-download. I finally got the game downloaded and then installed the GTA V install packs. Once the downloads
finished I tried to get on the game and it said disk unreadable. (Keep in mind this is a downloaded game) I tried a couple of times to get on to the game but it came up with the same message everytime. I decided to delete and re-download everything but I still
got the same disk unreadable error. I cleared my system cache and it still does not work. Please help

Which error code do you get?

 

Just the disk undreadable error you would get if your disk is scratched really badly but as I said before, it's a downloaded game
