    We bought GTA 5 on our new xbox One s, but it doesn't start. In the opening screen we see three men, and then it returns tot the main menu.

    GTA+ is only available for the Xbox Series X|S console version of GTA V. The Xbox One version of the game is not supported.

    No, it happens on a Xbox One S, he doesn't appear online or anything,, he can play games (like gta history mode) but as soon as he tries to go online just doesn't work. Apex, Rocket league, Gta V, Battlefront 2, evert game he tries does not work.

    Hi,

    The 360 version of GTA V is not backwards compatible with Xbox One or Series X/S. This is why it does not appear on your download list on the new console. You need the Xbox One version.
