GTA V Disc 2 Launch error

"The game was restarted due to a problem with disc."

''Please consider replacing it if issues continue to occur.''

This what I keep receiving (after I had completed 53% of the game).

I've read dozens of posts that people are saying 06-08 models only struggle with this kind of issue and unfortunately I fall in this category, but I have not found any solutions at this point although I tried to run it from different device ( external hdd),
installed disc 1 in different device but still nothing. And when I was trying to install 2nd disc it just stopped and 36% and said to clean the disc unfortunately it did not help, what surprise..

Well I'm kinda desperate, are there any chances for me to get my xbox 360 booted with newer soft or something?

GTA 5 Disc not reading

no idea,but I was on gta just now online <both disc 1 and 2 installed> ive had them installed sense launch and had no issues till all of a sudden I get a popup "the game could not be started please redownload and try again" ive reinstalled the disc,same
error

NOTE: tried it without disc 2 installed and it ran but as my xbox likes to destroy discs id rather not have it ruin my gta v so any ideas guys?

EDIT 10 years goin on 11 this august with xbox ive never once had this error

 

Grand Theft Auto V game error

I purchased GTA V from Xbox Live in February of last year using a credit card. The game will no longer load. Every time I launch it, I get the following Game Error:

This Disc is unreadable.

1. Clean the disc with a soft cloth.

2. Restart the console.

There is no disc, obviously. I've cleared the memory cache, deleted and reinstalled the game twice, and the issue still persists.

 

Hey mate, I thought a fix was this was to not install the disc that you use to play the game?

Have you tried this at all?

Actually at the beginning I did not install the 2nd CD but I read some guy's advice which has helped many people (as I read the comments) and it was said to install 2nd CD and try to run in from different device unfortunately I couldn't do it.

 

Do not install Disc 2 only install Disc 1 on external hard drive and check all file for corrupt files.
