    Hi,

    I purchased Shark Money for GTA on the Microsoft Store over 24hrs ago and it's still not appeared in the game. I have email confirmation of the purchase and it's also showing in my Xbox purchase history. Has anyone had this issue before and does anyone know how to resolve the problem? Thanks

    Hi, Thanks for reaching out with advice. I tried turning off and rebooting but when I turned on the Xbox and loaded GTA the money wasn't in the account. I will contact Rockstar support.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    For cases like this what we initially need to do is to quit the game and perform a power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

    Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    ​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    If that didn't work but you can confirm that it's successful on your end through order history, you may need to reach out to the game support here: https://support.rockstargames.com/categories
