GTA Shark Card Purchase - not come through on account?

Hi, l purchased a shark for my son yesterday and still not apprearing on his xbox one account? any help would be really helpful thanks

Hi, I hope you're doing great despite the issue you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

Were you able to purchase the in-game currency under his account? To check please follow the steps below:

1. Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing.

2. Select Order history to view your purchases.

The order should be stated as "completed" under his account. Once confirmed, For cases like this what we initially need to do is to quit the game and perform a power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

Actually support cannot help with this. It has to be dealt with through Rockstar Games. Just follow the instructions at this link please.

So why is it that you are not allowed to gift shark cards. You can gift anything else but shark Cards. I have unused credit in my microsoft account but the only thing played is gta v and i want to buy shark cards for that game. But I can only purchase
it for my own account. I cannot transfer it nor can I buy a gift card with my credit even tho I purchased the gift cards myself to put on the account. And now im being told GTA V SHARK CARDS CANNOT BE GIFTED !!! Why !!??!?! Please help

I purchased a card shark and I have not received the money into my gta online account

Rockstar says they usually come through to your account within 20 minutes but can take up to 72 hours, they say to file a support ticket on their site if it doesn't show up within 72 hours.
