    I had a theory on the gta bug for the players on xbox series x/s involving not being able to hear the radio. You can only hear the radio if your not in party chat. But I also realized you can't hear voice messages while your in game without being in party chat so is this bug related to xbox?

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    If this is only happening with just this game there is a big chance that it’s not an issue with the Xbox.

    As part of troubleshooting steps kindly perform a powercycle on your console by following the steps below:

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    If that didn’t work, kindly try and uninstall and reinstall the game. If the issue persists, submitting the issue to Rockstar will be the best option.
