GTA Online: The High Life Update Coming Next Week Tuesday May 13th

The layout of the new apartments are the same as each other. The features in the new apartments are no different than before. There is no advantage to "upgrading".

 

The new high life isn't bad, but I kind of have small complaint (I know I know apologies)

1.) The whole mental state thing sucks, (that means I can no longer rob stores without people trying to kill me, it's worst than having a bounty on your head.)

2.)Whoever posted about them not wanting any more weapon I am starting to agree (we have enough)

3.)I hate the Dinka thrust, it's more useless than the bagger

other than those three complaint I love the Lambo that thing is just WOW

 

I get this is free DLC and tish, but I mean its just the same stuff with different skins (the suits) Don't get me wrong I like the well dressed look, but at some point I mean enough is enough. Same as with the rifle, wish they would add a new sniper/smg
like a P90 or a M-14 without a scope so medium range combat is more a thing, rather than the up close or super long range.

Any new vehicles are welcome even if they are kinda poopy, I mean if every new add vehicle was the best no one would use the older stuff.

Owning two properties is honestly the only thing that has impressed me, and if you ask me you should be able to own every property in the game, because 1 IRL I can own as many properties as I want (as long as I can pay for them) and 2 The more you own the
more it cost to keep them up and let alone the amount of cash you'd dump into a 50 car collection to upgrade them all. Which makes me wonder why they don't allow it since they sell shark cards.

Things I want to see.

1 Outfits, like the Ones you get in SP when you beat it, my favorites being the Gruppe Sechs and Police outfit (Motorcycle cops)

2 Storing any vehicle even if its like the Tank where I have to call to get it. (However most if not all police vehicles should be in the garage, and some customization should be allowed if not all at least insurances and bulletproof tires) I can't tell
you how many times I get in a cop car and pursue players just to end up the victim of c-4 the cowards weapon.

3 Being able to edit freeroam/mode things like Traffic(Light,heavy,parked,crazy such as trying to crash into you), weather (clear, foggy, rain, storms, snow) , Cops (on or off) Jobs (on, off)

I'm going to have a hard time paying for any DLC unless it is a game changer and features vast leaps and improvements.

Honestly does anyone think its a slap in the face to be getting things like this update adding no real depth or change to the game. Because I do, don't get me wrong I like this game and I play it often, but its lacking and like normal, Where in the world
are the heists? I want them even though I know its gonna be a huge let down.

2) The cop cars have "some" customization. Unmarked Cruisers for example can have the pushbar or none at all. Also some cop cars can have a slicktop look through customization.

3) Why they chose the "RDR FR" model is beyond me...

At this point, the only time they'll see my money is if it has something to do with storing police vehicles, wearing police or law enforcement outfits, or it's a Cops N' Crooks-like Free Roam (juicy rumor).

I understand it is "GTA" and all but R* have been promoting the "criminal vibe" for far too long now. There are other factions players like to play as. Also, who else here is tired of seeing those ******* Mafia/Mob/Gang Death/Recruitment/Revenge/Intimidation

I am very happy with the ability to own a second garage, it just feels so awesome, but at the same time, it looking at what you said makes me think all the way back to when I first bought the game. when I was told by friends that you can only own 1 garage,
after playing san andreas for so long, I was heart broken. I never felt so robbed before in my life, worst than gun point. all the garages in this game, and I can only own one?? had me furious for a long time, but of course, me just being one person, eventually,
I had to get over it. but it still bothered me so much that I just went and bought san andreas for my phone. now I just need a wire to connect my ps3 controller, and im good.

I would pay to see some cops and robber stuff. after playing need for speed rivals, im sure rockstar can pull it off in gta5, but will they? its almost as if the ceo was new to gta and was like, what is the best way to get the most money out of gamers?

and the apartments layout, I thought it was going to be customizable for this update. guess not. but either way its not like you can interact with any more than what you could already do

 

"Mafia/Mob/Gang Death/Recruitment/Revenge/Intimidation Messages in Online? I KNOW I'M SICK OF THEM!!!" Couldn't agree more. Would love to throw on a G6 outfit on, or a police outfit on and start taking them down. But with no support on that side its a pointless
battle/rp half the time the Mafias fight regardless of who won nothing changes was part of a Mafia RP for a while, after winning and losing a few battles nothing changed at all, kinda a pointless thing. I like when I can see how my actions shape the RP group
and what not good and bad.

Would be a whole new slab of freshness and fun to add a more lawful side to the game, and the parodies/satire would be endless.

 

@Z4ZonE After GTA SA, and GTA IV GTA online has been one let down after another. Each update slowly makes it less painful, but not very much. All I can think about now is what game breaking glitches did they bring with this update... I guess I'm not even
a glass half empty guy anymore its just a broken glass to me now.

because to me it seems like it is.

So far the High Life update has been ok. I enjoying having another Apartment to look at and added car space which has allowed me to grab some cars that I like that I was previously unable to store. The mental state bar is just like a bounty dot, but in most
cases not being a psycho will work against you as the lobby I went into were all psychos exept me and another guy, to which we got targeted more than the red dots for being the odd guys out with our white dots.

I wouldn't mind that new Lambo, so I started some Rooftop Rumble grinding, and to my surprise, they have made it longer and slightly more difficult.

I kinda like what they did to rooftop rumble. honestly, I think I like it just because its something different. even though its weird killing everyone on one side, you turn around, then your getting shot in your back, not cool, but different.i have takin
a liking to stocks and scares, and a few other ones that pay 18,750

 

I'm broke in the game, so I haven't had a chance to try any of the new cars or apartments, but why did they think red was a good color for the mental state thing? Just makes bounties confusing.
