having bad issues with trying to buy in game criminal enterprise and mega shark cash bundle bought it wouldn't work it would show money in my account on pause screen go back into game money wasn't their and free stuff under criminal enterprise said free
than I went to buy it charged me from money I had I go a refund than tried buying them seperatly and same thing didn't work I went to do a bulk refund Microsoft only gave me part of refund the 9.99 and not the 84.99 plus tax than I also purchased another bundle
lower amount got a refund for that I since uninstalled the game and Microsoft wont refund me for something I never received cause they say I got too many refunds in a short period anyway a supervisor or someone could help me get my money back I only keep trying
cause I wanted to buy it now I'm punished sitting here out 90.32 with tax for a mega shark cash card I never received

The reason you cannot play GTA Online with your physical copy of GTA 5 is that the online portion of the game requires a separate license. When you purchase a physical copy of GTA 5, you are only purchasing the single-player portion of the game, and you will need to purchase a separate license for GTA Online to access the online features.

In the future, Rockstar WILL monetise GTA Online, you have my word.

Firstly, in this-gen, it will likely be in the way of Micro-transactions and DLC, but in the future, I think each GTA game and GTA Online will be entirely separate purchases.

gta online for series x is different to the gta 5 online for xbox one that it originally came out on. there is an updated version on series console for online only, not sure if you need to purchase this version.
