GTA online pack

I got the GTA V it includes GTA v and GTA V online with criminal enterprise starter pack and I cant play GTA online idk what's going on with that do u have to get game pass for it.

This is what I get trying to get online :/ I have uninstalled and reinstalled GTA 5 and all the DLC and still I can get online, (xbox360)

It was complete but when I go to manage it says check back at a later time so I requested my refund because the content for the pack never appeared on my game

No problem Bryan, usually can take up to 72 hours to receive an answer about your refund request.

But just to let you know in case your refund gets denied, you can actually file an appeal for the results of the refund.

All you need to do is to reply to the email that was sent to you by the refund team, you can reply with a detailed explanation so they can review your request again and grant you a possible exception.
