Gta IV Screen Bug Green to red power button Help

After playing Gta IV on my xbox 360 slim for A good long time I was in the middle of the game my picture freezes gets disoriented and pixelly (Hopefully you get the picture) So thinking it was just a bug I shut my console off then I hit the power button
to turn it back on but when I do the green light in the middle turns on for a few seconds the turns to red and does nothing. Nothing on the tv. Nothing on the xbox, Just a red dot. So I researched a bit and found nothing. I tried taking out the hard drive
and putting it back in. then I tried relocating the xbox. but no luck so im hoping some one could help me out with this its extremely annoying

How adjust PC volume from 360 remote with TV support enabled?

I would like to control PC volume AND power TV on/off.

It seems the TV button turns RED or GREEN depending on which device the remote will control, no? This seems true for power on/off, channel up/down, mute, and a few other buttons - except for the VOLUME buttons which ALWAYS control the TV volume. A bug?

What is the red/green TV button supposed to indicate, if not "which device is currently controlled"?

Help! My power button is red and my console will not turn on. I have disconnected all power cords & reattached. Tried a different outlet also.

When I touch power button it is green, but immediately turns red and will not connect.

My son is freaking out.....help!!!

I suggest checking out our
360 Troubleshooting page to see if you can find a solution there. You can even check out the

power supply troubleshooting to make sure it's not that. You've done a lot of the basic troubleshooting already. If nothing helps you, it may be time to get it repaired. If the service page isn't working for you, please
contact support to get you set up with a repair.

The Red Dot tells there is a hardware problem and more then likely you will need it repaired. I suggest you call xbox live support see if you console is under warranty and send it in to have it repaired or they may just replaced it along with that they will
send a month of xbox live gold.
