    Hello , I have a xbox one s and I just purchase a GTA IV on market and after installation it show me error 800701e7. I restart the console as it suggest to, but nothing happens, still the error shows. Anybody have a suggestion? Tank you very much.

    did you select Restart on the Xbox or did you hold the Power Button for 10 seconds until it completely shut down?

    if you only selected Restart I would recommend holding the power button for 10 seconds until it shuts down then unplugging the power from the wall socket for 5 minutes.
