GTA IV code says error invalid when I enter it.

I downloaded GTA IV to my PC and when I tried entering the key I have for the game (while in the game after logging into GFWL), it says the code is invalid. I used the code before and then my PC got a virus and I had to wipe the whole thing. But I have entered
the code before to get the game on my laptop and it worked fine, no problems. Please help.

Grand Theft Auto IV (Steam) Problem

I cannot sign in with my windows live profile to save my progress in GTA IV.Every time i tried to enter my cd key from steam, it said my cd key is invalid.

So i browse in google and found some solution like this.

1. Go to Xbox.com and sign in with your Microsoft Account
2. Go to My Account
3. Click Redeem Code
4. Enter the code that Steam provided for GTA IV
5. Once that is successful, launch Games for Windows Live application and go to downloads
   
6. Select GTA IV and choose to view the key
7. Enter that key in GTA IV

I already redeem my code at xbox.com,but when i log in using Games For Windows Live i cannot see my games.It said " There was an error retrieving your purchase history.Please sign out and try again later. ".

So my question is where i can see my cd key for GTA IV so i can use it for my windows live profile?

When trying to connect within GTA IV, it keeps telling me to connect

When trying to connect within GTA IV, it keeps telling me to connect, over and over again. When I check my GfW account, I cannot see GTA IV in the list. When trying to add the code that Steam provided me, it tells me it is an invalid code. What can I do?
