GTA false advertising

So, I recently bought GTA 5 for Xbox One to play the online game, but to my surprise I wasn't able to retrieve my character progression from the Xbox 360. This was a feature that they told The game would have when it was launched and it was The only reason
I bought the game, I spent days talking to the rockstar support and all they gave me were excuses that the "character transference" was disable. Finally I asked them to refund The game since I was mislead to bought it but they told me to go to Microsoft support.
I know that false advertising is ilegal, so they can't promise something and then cancel it. I only found out after buying The game that they told this character transference was disable, but they can't do that once they advertised that the game was gonna
have this feature. So I need to know, who do I contact to get my money back or to make them do what was advertised.

In order to
request a refund for a digital product, you need to be signed into the account that purchased this title. Following the link provided will redirect you to the location that you are looking for.

As far as any in-game related questions or concerns... we here on the Xbox Forums lack the necessary tools to assist you with this.

Additionally if this is a feature that was removed from the game, there is nothing that Xbox can do to address this.

To get a refund go to xbox.com/refund. it isn't false advertising, it was a temporary promotion that now expired.

No, someone mentioned GTA IV The Ballad of Gay Tony and The Lost and the Damned. It was mentioned because it is being falsely advertised on the Sales and Specials app that is said not to work, yet it works for me and this is where I saw the false deals on
GTA IV. I bought Microsoft points specifically for this purchase and I am disgusted to learn that this deal is not happening, yet it is being advertised. Surely if it is being advertised for this price, it should be sold at this price.

There's some games that can ban your account only for the specific game. It can be a glitch too. Some users got "false" bans from GTA V. Check this out:

What is the legal definition of false advertising? Or the elements required to prove false advertising? Just so we can differentiate between that and normal advertising, which is always to some extent false and misleading.
