    GTA crashing on loading screen.


    Hello! I recently bought the game GTA V from the microsoft store and installed it. Everytime I launch the game it shows the loading screen for a few minutes and then proceeds to close. Other games like Forza Horizon 4 work perfectly with no crashes but GTA V won't let me play. Can anybody help me resolve my issue.

    hey AJ i have some more answers for those questions

    - Nope, It just gives me the usual gray screen followed by a light gray screen and then home page with no message.

    - Yes it can be a little slow, actually some other games can be a little slow but never crashing like GTA does

    - Just tried going offline and launching gta, still unfortunately crashed seconds after beginning to load

    - I tries my phones hotspot as an earlier attempt as well and unfortunately nothing changed either.
