    GTA apparently hasn’t been purchased all though I got the game before it was out on game pass


    Xbox seems to think I didn’t buy GTA when I bought it before it came out on gamepass and now it wont let me play it. Unfortunately, after that I tried to uninstall and reinstall and it seems to think I never bought the game, so now I kind of want a full
    refund, but the refund system isn’t working which kind of seems like a scam to me. So I was wondering if anyone has or had the same issues I had?

    Make sure you are using the same account that was used to purchase GTA, otherwise it will not show up on your console.

    are u using disc or digital version of gta? if youre using disc make sure the disc is actually in

    I am having the same problem i got gta 5 probaly like 3 years ago on my Xbox One and recently i just got a new xbox and it says i have to pay for gta but before i had it installed
