GTA 5 WONT INSTALL TO MY XBOX ONE

for about 4 hours i have been trying to install gta 5 to my xbox one digitally it just says installing for afew minutes then it just says installation stopped i have tried turning it off again and holding the turn off button for 10 secs and still nothing
happens

Can't play any games, but an install disc worked fine.

No game works on my 360, its not because of any scratches. I just got Gta 5 and the install disc worked just fine, but it wont play the game disc. I have two 360s, one white and one black. The white one works just fine and the black one is the one that wont
play games. They both look the same besides color. Its not just Gta 5 though, it wont play any other game I have. It was a used 360 and it was working when I got it. I'm looking for help on why it wont read any game.

 

GTA 5 is only ready to install can't buy it

Hi guys, basically I can't buy GTA 5 because when I go into the shop and research GTA 5 the only options I have is either install it of ping it but I never bought it, I think I am able to install it due to the fact that one of my friend bought GTA and his
account was also on my Xbox. Does anyone knows how to fix it so I get to actually buy GTA and not install it for free( btw this would remove it from my friend s xbox) :/ .

 

Yeah same here… what a joke… i get to about 25% and it stops

 

Ditto. Same issue. The first time I tried, it got stuck at 92%. I uninstalled it through game management and retried. It now gets stuck at 96%. This game has a lot of issues and I'm beginning to wonder how Rockstar could have released such a deficient product
to begin with.

 

Question lads, are you all from Australia? Error code 0x800701f8 showing (error code doesn't always show).

If so the answer is there's a problem with Au servers since last week. XBOX knows about it and assured me on Sat that it would be fixed within 3 days.

Have you guys went to Xbox support contact where you can actually chat with a customer service agent? Literally among the best customer service I've ever experienced and I always go to their chat feature when I'm having trouble or have questions and concerns.

 

its either the xbox one can not handle these new games, or developers have no idea what they are doing. 1 of the 2.
