Gta 5 Savegame completely gone.

Hello people. I need some help !

I finished the gta 5 single player main story line . I had the Xbox insider app .. so i was an insider, but have quited not long ago becouse as an insider you get updates for your console like every 2 or 3 days, the update are about 500 megs each and they
stack up..So when you are turned up to play it stops you on your tracks and you basically gotta get the update. After i have quited, i had to basically imput again my details into my xbox like it was a brand new one. Sort of like factory reseted. Altho the
games i had didnt get uninstalled. But when i start gta 5 it starts with the prologue.. the begining of the game.. and when i go to the load game it says no game save data . Im using the same and only accout that i finished thegame, saved the game and the
same console.. Please dont tell me that i have to go trough the whole game again cos i will hate xbox for the rest of my life. I am using Xbox one S .

Have you tried to quit from your acoount then add back to your xbox ?

A force restart might be useful . (hold the xbox button from console 10 seconds and press it one more time )

I heard of an issue yesterday where the cloud saves were not synching for some people (responder). I am not sure if it has been resolved or not.

What about the other games do they have your data saved ? or its just GTA5 ?

Games are saved local on your console and the cloud. As long as you won´t delete any savegame it should synch the data from the cloud. If you have all details for your account delete the account from your console. Then press the power button on your console
until it shuts off. Unplug the power cord for at least one minute and plug it back in. Restart your Xbox and redownload your account. After that try restarting GTA and don´t press any buttons. The game should try to synch the savegame from the cloud.
