GTA 5 online not working

Recently installed GTA 5 on my Xbox one. Tried playing online but it tells me to sing in to Xbox live even though I am signed in. The story mode loads and everything but I just can’t play online.

Hi!

Try to check if the Gold subscription is active on your console (in the "Subscriptions" section). If everything is working, try deleting your profile from the console and re-download it again.

I'm having the exact same issue as you with GTA Online. I tried deleting my profile from the console, and I have xbox live gold. A fix for this would be nice please.

Story Mode is an add-on to GTA 5 Online. You won't be able to play it unless you own GTA 5 Online.

This seems to be an issue for both 360 and PS3 actually. Can read more about it here:

It works when I load another save but it's right at the beginning so it's not really an option for me. I guess we just need to wait and see if they will have an update for this in the near future.
