GTA 5 mostly connection issues, moderate NAT type issue

Seeing if there's anything else I can do here before demanding a new modem from RCN. When we play gta here we are on for 20 minutes, then everyone will leave our session...Yadda, yadda, we all should know that issue. In live chat you see people leave the
party and come back too, the game stays connected to online but not my people...obvious NAT issue. I've reset the modem and my router numerous times. Hard reset at least once, about to do it again. On my router I have all ports forwarded for my static xbox
360. But, as of this morning, I plugged my modem directly to the 360 and I'm still having the issue. I guess what I really need to know; A) Is this a rockstar/live issue? Or B) What can I get RCN to do for me?

problem with xbox live.connected.than disconnected,live partyand private chatt doesnot work.all this after buying a new 360 250 gb and reoploading my gamertag

I am also about to delete my profile and cache then redownload my profile as soon as we are done gettin our gta fix (even with the issue...but it's so friggin annoying!)

From my research, it seems that your router does not support UPnP and has issues with port forwarding. With this in mind, my best advice would be to have you contact AT&T (assuming they're your ISP since my research generally points to them in regards to
this particular model) and get them to put it into "bridge mode" and then connect your own router to it.

Check your nat type at the bottom before starting a match. If it is moderate or strict there is your problem. When it is on moderate Or strict and you go to migrate to a new host then you can have issue connecting to the new host depending on your nat
type and the host nat type. Let me know if this is your issue and I can help you with getting your nat type back to open.
