GTA 5 keeps restarting

    GTA 5 keeps restarting


    Hi. I have an old 360 slim.

    Every time I play GTA 5, it plays for maybe 5 minutes then restarts and comes up with an error of "there was a problem with the storage device blah blah blah."

    Microsoft said use a USB.

    I tried that.

    Microsoft said try getting a HDD.

    I tried that.

    Microsoft said delete the game and reinstall.

    I've tried that. 23 times to be exact.

    Microsoft said clear cache on the HDD.

    I tried that.

    Microsoft said format the HDD to the Xbox.

    I tried that.

    Microsoft said try playing the game on another's Xbox.

    I tried that.

    Microsoft said try changing out the install disc.

    I tried that. Three times. With three different discs.

    Nothing is F***ing working.

    I have cleared out the entire memory on the Xbox. The only game I had on that was my profile and gta 5.

    Did it work? No.

    I haven't had this much problem with any game ever. This thing has crashed zero times until I got this game.

    I want to know what I have to do to get it to play.

    Because I'm not buying an XBOX one because I live in the country and do not have the bandwidth to run that thing.

    I played the game for weeks no problem...then i bought a turtle beach headset...ever since i used it gta kept crashing saying storage error..tried everything still crashed. disconnected headset...no freakin problem! works great...so maybe that will help

    How much storage do you have left. People seems to be having problems with out at least a free gig.

    As of today, October 21, 2013 I have encountered this issue twice. I have owned the game since October 3rd. I am using a 6month old Xbox 360, not the slim. I do not get a message when the game restarts, the screen just goes black for a few moments and
    the game restarts. I was playing online both times this happened. I tried every suggested "fix" after the first time this happened. Issue still persists. Only happens with GTA 5. Have PLENTY of HD space available, zero DLC for this game. So, I am not sure
    what the issue could be but I certainly would like my money back. Rockstar has made a good game but with far to many issues.
