GTA 5 infinite loading

Everytime I try to get online in the game it just keeps loading. I have tried everything I can think of. I have deleted and re downloaded the game and comp packs, I have deleted and redownloaded my gamer profile, I have cleaned the cache 3 times and I have
even went out and got a new game thinking it might be the disk. My connection to the internet is fine and all other games work just fine on the xbox. Anyone have any suggestions?

I had a similar problem starting last week just stuck in the clouds not even trying to connect, contacted rockstar did all the things they asked as you've stated still not working, then lastnite a usa friend invited me to a mission and it let me in then
let me in free roam, that was the only way I could get to play online, I couldn't join anytype of free roam or mission it will only let me join via invite to the mission setup screen hope this helps .

 

There have been several errors occurring recently. There are some apt garage errors and the game sometimes forgets that you have the Independence DLC update installed. If it forgets and you are wearing anything from the Independence pack then you wont be
able to load into online mode. Happened to me and I just kept trying to load game. About 45 minutes later I got in and I had a graphical error on my character. I changed out of Independence shirt and it fixed the errors. Then I had to restart my x box to make
it remember that I have the DLC. I currently cant get into either of my apartments unless I drive one of my cars into the garage due to garage error. I make Rockstar tickets and they just send me trouble shooting list. Someone said to fix these errors you
need to unlink your Rockstar account from your gamertag. Load game online then go back and relink gamertag to Rockstar social club account. Im not sure I want to try this. I remember a time when we just played games and not spend half your time playing around
errors.

 

@Bad yeah I had problems with the garage too, also the mechanic not bringing my cars, are you still looking for crew members? level 242 total legit uk time im on most nites between 5pm and 11pm, also not a squeaker lol looking for active crew that's all

 

Ummm I should know this but what time is that converted into eastern time zone? I will send a FR we can figure this out and hopefully get you on board.

 

@bad I think im 5 hours ahead but depends on what part of the us you are , got the fr cheers, will need a hand getting online again just stuck in the clouds so could do with a mission invite later today if your about

 

For anyone else having this problem i received a message from rockstar support on this issue. It said while the x box is turned off get on your computer and unlink your rockstar social club account from your gamertag. Then start up the x box and put GTA
in and load up online mode ( you may need help in this area, have a friend send you a invite to a mission, race, survival, etc.). While in online mode go back to your computer and link your account to your gamertag and you should be able to play. I was skeptical
but I tried it and it fixed all my problems. My crew level did go to level 2 but a quick reload of online and it was back to normal as well. This glitch is very frustrating, it has something to do with the independence dlc. I hope this helps anyone else who
is having this issue.
