    It does exist top picture is GTA San Andreas the bottom picture is GTA 5, there's a few updates remember GTA San Andreas took place in 1992 .

    please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

    http://support.xbox.com/en-us/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console

    if that doesn't help then please let us know the following information:

    - Does this only happen on GTA 5 or also other games

    - If available does this also happen for other profiles on that console?

    - What is the result of a network test.

    Let us know the results
