GTA 5 GOD purchase issue

Hi,

I want to buy GTA 5 GOD from Xbox marketplace Hong Kong. I want to use Paypal option.

Everytime it gives a error when I try to purchase

"Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again."

I want to buy it while this Rockstar Games Sale is there.

I had a chat with two agents of customer care both they assure there is no problem with my paypal account link to xbox account.

I have bought Tomb Raider GOD version in the smae way earlier.

Any Ideas to resolve this issue??

Not really sure what's going on there. Perhaps check your paypal and see if there are any purchases pending that may be holding up this sale.

In the meantime can you try using paypal to purchase the game on the website?

I was actually trying to purchase from xbox marketplace website of Hong Kong.

I was trying all the possible ways so far.

Accordingly I see no problem in my Paypal account in
commerce.microsoft.com also.

I want to buy before the Rockstar Games Sale ends in Aug. 25.

Even when I contact Xbox customer care they take it as a server issue may be. but this happens since last Monday(18th August)

You want to buy the game from the Hong Kong marketplace. Do you live in Hong Kong or a different country? If so, then that would be the reason you cannot purchase the game. Some content cannot be purchased or downloaded if you live in a different county
than what your gamertag is set for.

 

Actually I have a Hong Kong gamer tag I made while I was in Hong Kong. Now I live in a different country. Does it matter? Because I have purchased tomb raider in the similar way While I was in another country with my Hong Kong Gamer Tag.

 

It does matter. Your IP can prevent you from purchasing some items or, if you purchased it while your gamertag is in a different region than where you live, could prevent you from downloading the item.

Although some items may go through not all will and this will be what is happening in your case.
