    Hey there ASSASINREASPERz. The Duke O' Death is only free for "Returning Players" (People who transferred their account from the 360 to the Xbox One). Did you transfer from the 360?

    It's not a glitch, it's not free for you because you are not a returning player, means you have not played GTAV on the 360

    I also switched from pc gta 5 to Xbox gta 5 and I will say they definitely have a lot less cheaters on xbox, the most you see is someone abusing a glitch and most glitches get patched with the weekly patch so yeah it is a lot better if you want to
    enjoy gta without being teleported or having money dropped on your head haha
