GTA 5 Game Error (HELP)

Hi, i am new to the forum.I bought Gta 5 from demand,online.For a few days ,either online or in story mode,after 2 minutes of playing..i get this message :

Game Error

The game couldnt start.Try downloading the game again.

P.S. ; I deleted the game and now when i want to download it again...it goes in 1 second from 0 to 100% and after that : CANT DOWNLOAD.

Purchased GTA 5 online and unable to play

Purchased gta 5 online and when i try to play gta 5 online i get an error message that says "the Rockstar game services has failed to sync files to play GTA online. Please return to GTA V and try again later. I can only okay single player. Help anyone?

I want to mention that my console is the slim version with 250 Gb,and is brand new,i got it this year.

 

Delete game, clear cache three time in a row:

support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

Download a demo or a couple of demos about the same size as your game let them fully download then download your game again. Delete the demos.

 

I did clear chache 3 times.I tryed downloading some demos,and i cannot even download them.

 

I can play Fifa 14 online..Fight Night Champion..Injustice...i can see movies online...but cannot download anything...i have tryed some themes...that are small,and even a 1 mb i cannot download,it always says : Cant download...

 

The Xbox 360 console also stores temporary files for the Xbox Games store. You may be able to resolve this issue if you delete the Marketplace System Data file.

To delete the Marketplace System Data file, follow these steps:

On your console, go to settings, and then select System.

Select Storage, and then select your primary storage device.

Select System Items.

Select Marketplace System Data.

Select Delete.

Restart your console.

Try to download the item again.

I managed to download it again....but when i want to play i get this message : The game couldnt start.Try downloading the game again. For more help,visit www.xbox.com/support.

 

An error like that typically occurs when the content is not licensed to the console you're using. Are you sure it's purchased on the profile you're signed in with?

 

I am sure.I only have one xbox live account,with which i buy.I have only one console...so that is not the problem.

 

Today i formated my hard-drive,to see if that helps..nothing changed...my dashboard was so fast...but since i got gta 5 it got laggy..even with downloading other games..it would take 4 hours to download a 4 GB game...normaly it would take 30 minutes....so
you do the math.Is pretty strange.I have tried everything..
