    GTA 5 Black Friday Promotion


    Hi, I have an issue regarding a Black Friday promotional event. I've purchased GTA 5 on Black Friday as there was an event for purchasing the game digitally. I was supposed to receive an email prior to the purchase with a code for in-game currency. I've
    contacted Microsoft support several times along with Rockstar support. So far I still haven't received the email, and my cases have all been closed as resolved.     I also have a proof of purchase that I purchased this game during this weekend sale if that is needed.
