GT Enforced Changed. Have To Pay To Change Because Their System Decided To Catch It Late

So I recently change my gamertag about a month or 2 ago. I paid like every one else does. Today The "Enforcement Team" removed my gamer tag because it looked like profanity. However, once they remove your gamertag they give you some crappy default gamertag
like the ones you get when first coming on board to the Xbox. I said okay, I'm going to change my gamer tag to something different. Once I figured out a new name, It prompted me to the payments page... What?? You're telling me because their system was unable
to identify my gamertag when I first paid the $9.99 plus tax, I have to pay again because they weren't able to prevent me from choosing a gamertag I wanted? That's very misleading and not fair at all that they can throw a random garbage default name at you
instead of advising you the gamertag is inappropriate and letting you change it once free. I'm hoping to get some sort of resolution as to being able to change my gamertag without having to pay again; and Microsoft needs to come up with a better solution to
these kind of situations because nobody likes or wants a random gamertag they feel like giving you. What do I look like a 12 yr old? What is a ""?!?!?!?!

The whole point of microsoft stopping giving out free changes was because people just used the same tag again or another offensive one.

Thats also why multiple forced changes resulted in permanent bans.

 

That is per the code of conduct which you agreed to.
