    My GT was force changed but i have no enforcement history

    GT Changed For no reason

    There is nobody on this forum who can directly get you your gamertag back. You need to go to
    Sign in to your Microsoft account and submit a Case Review for the forced gamertag change.

    Out of curiosity, what, exactly, was your previous gamertag?

    This is something I am trying to elevate from the community standpoint. If you really feel that your gamer tag was changed and did not violate the
    Code of Conduct, the only thing I can recommend since you don't have anything on your Enforcement page, is posting in the 13 - Xbox One Account & Console Enforcement Actions forums specifically
    stating that you have no Enforcement actions, surveys, or Case Reviews that you can do.

    My GT was [Mod Removed]. I dont think that is offensive in any way and have a down's syndrome child myself

    Sorry to hear it. However, since this is an enforcement issue specifically you should address it via the Enforcement Page where the PET can answer you directly.

    Loss of avatar and games data, need to restore

    Games can be redownloaded from your Download History. On the console go to Settings>Accounts>Download History with the gamertag that originally purchased it.

    Achievements are linked to the gamertag and cannot be deleted except by the PET for enforcement purposes.

    If your gamertag was deleted you can redownload it on the console by going to Social>Sign In/Out>Download and follow the instructions.
