    so my gt was reported and I had this gt for about 6 years ! My gt was

    [Mod Removed] ... So it got changed to

    .. And since it was forced changed they want me to pay to change it ... After I paid to make it what it was .... Should I call Xbox and make a fuss so I can get a free change or what should I do ...... My opinion is since I paid to make
    it that if it got reported AND was changed by them I should get a free gt change .....! Right? But really what should I do other than paying to change it

    i changed my gamertag a little over a week ago and it has not updated on the ambassador site. i just want it to update so i can check my level, and stats.

    You can view your enforcement at enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review there if eligible for one. If they uphold the GT change you will have to pay to change your GT should you choose to.

    You can try submitting a case review at http://enforcement.xbox.com but if the enforcement team upholds their decision, your would have to pay if you want to change your tag. It doesn't matter how long you've had a tag, if the enforcement team determines
    that it violates the code of conduct, they will issue a forced change.

    Hi SomeSuperOreo! I like that gamertag!! You will not have to send out invites to your friendlist.That will stay the same.You may want to send them a message letting them know that you changed your gamertag though.Hope this helps! Happy gaming!!!

    You cannot request a GT change because you do not have the money for one. If you feel you are being harassed you need to file complaints against those users and block communications. Have a look at this link for more help

    You made a thread about this yesterday and were told in no uncertain terms that unless your GT is actually offensive (eg you're named Hitler) then you get no forced name change. Stop trying to game the system and just stump up the 800 points.

    The only time you can have a force GT change is if an enforcement team deems your GT inappropriate (then they will force it), or if your GT contains any personally indentifiable information (PII). Otherwise you'll have to pay 800msft points for it.

    "Solution 1: Clear and download the console update again

    There might be a problem with the console software update. To solve this problem, try clearing a portion of the update, and then download the update again. Here’s how:

    On your console, go to My Xbox, and then select System Settings.

    Select Memory.

    On your controller, press the following button sequence:

    Press the left bumper.

    Press the right bumper.

    Press the X button.

    Press the left bumper.

    Press the right bumper.

    Press the X button.

    When prompted, select Yes.

    After the console restarts, sign in using an Xbox LIVE gamertag, and download the update again."
