GT Change, No Profile but still taken ?!

I want to Change my Gamertag but when i want to do it is says is reserved. ´When i want to look at his Profile it says that there is nobody called this way. Does anyone know what is going on ?

Gamertag change seems to have caused issues.

I changed my GT via the Xbox One dash yesterday but it still shows my old GT in some places such the friends page. If I look at my profile my new GT is showing. This seems to have created an issue with fifa 14 as since my GT change, I can no longer play
matches. The lead profile is still my old GT even though my new GT shows as being signed in. Is there anyway to revert back to my old GT? How long does it take for the change to fully implement?

OP, I have no idea as to how to change the picture via Xb web site, but if you have gamer pictures on your 360 console.

Settings >profile >edit profile >gamer picture >change gamer picture (This is the one which will show up here on the forums.. Takes an hour or more for the changes)

Or >change personal picture. (Which will show on the console itself.)

This is how I change my picture for both the console and my forum picture.

You can DL free gamer pictures etc by going to games via the console. Click search and then enter >free gamer pictures< and/or themes. Hope this helps!

Gamertags are used on other services,not just xbox live so if it says it it is reserved or unavailable then there's nothing you can do.

Also the system does not recognise spaces or capital/lower case letters so Got no Talent would be seen the same as GotnoTalent etc.

like you said, yes its possible that the gamertag gas been ban or has not been access in a long time but might still be in the system, so it appears to already been taken

capitalization of the same name can still block you from changing it, or other xbox services with the name but not particualrly has to be a gamertag can still get you block, so im sorry there seems to be no way to change it
