@Mentaly, we will see. GSF and Ballas are based off of LA's most infamous gangs: the Bloods and Crips. To not have them in GTA: V would not really be a "close representation of LA". Yes; LS is going to be "redesigned", but that is why they would be the Ballas
and the GSF; the only difference is we won't see the III-era SET of GSF, but just because the III-era SET of GSF does not exist, according to the "Universe Theory", doesn't mean that the GSF and Ballas cease to exist. I made quite a convincing counter-argument
AGIANST the presence of GSF and Ballas being in GTA: V, but after researching MUCH about LA and the gangs, it wouldn't be a "representation of LA" if GSF and Ballas did not exist in LS.
