Gry z Miscrosoft Stoer[Games with Microsoft Store]

Witam mam taki problem, założyłem Sobie konto na Xbox Game Pass na próbny okres 14 dni. Pobrałem grę Forza Horizon 4, Forza Horizon 3, FH 4 demo i FH 3 demo. Za każdym razem jest raki sam problem a mianowicie po zainstalowaniu gry gdy wyskakuje mi okienko
"graj' lub "uruchom" po naciśnieciu guzika wyskakuje mi zdjęcie okładki z tej gry. Dzieje się tak w przypadku tych 4 wyżej wymienionych gier. Nie wiem czy ja coś źle zrobiłem czy to jakiś głowny błąd lecz jest to bardzo irytujące. Można coś z tym zrobić? Może
ja o czymś nie wiem i robie to źle.

Kupiłem dziś Forza Horizon 4 na Xboxa/PC na sklepie płacąc przez Dotpay (formą BLIK) i nie otrzymałem gry. Natomiast otrzymałem maila z potwierdzeniem zakupu i pobraniem pieniędzy. Gry nie ma w bibliotece ani w historii zamówień. Co mam zrobić?

If this issue persists it would be good to troubleshoot the operating system on the console. Try these steps for a soft
factory reset:

Note: Before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

• Press the
  Xboxbutton to open the guide.
• Select
  Settings.
• Select
  All Settings.
• Select
  System.
• Select
  Console info & updates.
• Select
  Reset console.
• Select
  Reset and keep my games & apps

1. What is the platform you are using?

(PC or Xbox)

2. When did you activate your 14 day free trail?

(check out your subscription and see if it is still active:
Services & subscriptions)

3. Have you gotten any error messages or codes that appear before and after installing your games?

(If this is an Xbox then try to Power cycle
your console)

4. Do you have a current network, and does it show the games install?

(Wired, Wireless, Hotspot)

5. Do you have space to install the games?

Please provide a bit more information.
