    habe den grünen Startbildschirm und nichts geht mehr. Meine xbox one steht auf schnell Start.

    Was kann ich jetzt machen um das sie wieder Hochfährt.

    Nach dem Update Schwarze Bildschirm

    Gestern hab ich bei mein Xbox One Update gemacht, nach der update hat mein Xbox Neugestartet und nach der grünen Bildschirm ist er auf Schwarzen Bildschirm gewechselt und macht nichts mehr weiter.

    Guten Abend!

    Habe seit Februar Probleme die täglichen Herausforderungen zu spielen. Habe ein Windows-Tablet und regelmässig aktuallisiert. Aber wenn ich einige Spiele dort anwähle bricht das Laden ab und ich lande wieder auf dem Startbildschirm. Weiss jemand Rat?

    Hey there Domi 79,

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get your console working as intended. I can totally understand how this could be pretty distressing. If you do not have a stable internet connection and the offline update did not resolve
    the problem, I suggest taking your console somewhere with a stable network to see if resetting it there and attempting going offline works after.

    When you get the chance, try and
    reset the console     (keeping games & apps) while connected to a stable connection and let us know if that helped.
