Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get your console working as intended. I can totally understand how this could be pretty distressing. If you do not have a stable internet connection and the offline update did not resolve
the problem, I suggest taking your console somewhere with a stable network to see if resetting it there and attempting going offline works after.

When you get the chance, try and
reset the console (keeping games & apps) while connected to a stable connection and let us know if that helped.

Das kennst Du vielleicht, wenn Dein Rechner mal abgestürzt ist oder auch durch einen Stromausfall unerwartet ausgeschaltet wurde, und dann "Scandisk" läuft und die Festplatten überprüft.

Dieser Vorgang kann bis zu 10 Minuten dauern. Lass Deine Konsole also mal mit dem grünen Bildschirm mindestens 10 Minuten laufen.

Sollte das keine Besserung bringen, versuche die Konsole über ein USB Laufwerk auf Werkseinstellungen zurückzusetzen und so das Betriebssystem quasi neu zu installieren (stelle vorher sicher, dass Du die Email von Deinem Xbox Konto und Dein Passwort kennst,
