[Groups] I can't talk and also can't hear my friends!

When I enter a group, I cant talk with my friends, they can't hear me, and I can hear then... Its not a problem with my microfone, I can talk normally on other apps like Skype!

Can't hear my friend talk

My friend can't hear me and I can't hear him. Neither of us are blocked. Everyone else can hear us. NAT is open for both of us. Party chat and game chat do not work. Text chat still works.

How do I fix this?

Hi Bolin, Thanks for reporting, We have observed random reports regarding this issue. If you are also running the Xbox App (Beta) and experiencing the same issues can you use the "Report a problem". This will generate a report that will be sent to the developers.
Hopefully the data will help with the on-going investigation. I will report this in todays report that this issue is being observed. If we have further questions we will contact you.

Hey there may be a chance that your internet isn't supporting it like mine I can only talk on the Xbox not through the app

My other friend can hear and talk to both of us just fine in the party but i can't hear my friend and he can't hear me

When you see the little speaker, people can hear and talk to you.

When you see a little group of people next to thier name they are in a separte party by themselves with people on thier friends list who are playing other games. The can't hear or talk to you. This makes it very hard to cooperate.

I also am having this same issue. I can hear my friends talking but they can no longer hear me. I've tried talking through Kinect...nope.

I've tried headset...nope.

So frustrated. You pay so much money for these consoles and they can't fix an issue like this.
