    Grouping Xbox Live Friends


    Does the Xbox Live / Windows Live system support the concept of creating friend groups. What about groups similar to a yahoo group that can see each other easily for setup and then formally acknowledge the Xbox Live concept of friend.

    A scenario I am trying to figure out is if a school teacher or church group wanted to allow an affiliation of the many Xbox Live users and make it easier for everyone to know that an Xbox LiveID was a member of this group to have a general idea of who the
    friend request is coming from.

    I wanted to understand the general or existing capabilities of the Windows Live ID system at it relates to groupings.

    Are the onlines fixed?

    try private grouping with friends, more of the online features work that way. Calling your horse, actually completing missions, ect.

    Rock Band WANTED!

    Either through xbox live, go to your friends list, and at the top 'add friend', then type exactly

    AVF Rock Band

    (I think spaces and caps matter too), or click the link below the piccie in my first post, and it'll take you to xbox live online, which is the same as the dash, only managable through windows. Sign in using your MSN/hotmail/passport account, or maybe even you set one up when you registered with live. If not, register and do it all on there. The link I put goes straight to the AVF group, so no need to dally around, just sign in and chose 'send friend request/add friend' (whatever it says!) :smashin:
