    "Group Not Found" When attempting to access the preview forums.


    So I'm in the preview program and I have been trying to get into the Xbox One Preview Program Forums but whenever I attempt to access it, it keeps saying "Group Not Found." Can someone help?

    I am part of the preview program, however I keep getting the "group not found" message when I try to access the forums. How can I fix this? Thanks.

    Hi Senthrententer,

    the main support team are monitoring the forums so once they see this message and verify you are in the preview program they will be able to sort out your forum access.

    Please bear in mind that after checking your post they have to manually make changes - and there are a lot of preview forum requests at the mo - so they will get to you as soon as they can!

    You should be able to view and post in those forums now! "Group Not Found" When attempting to access the preview forums. :)
