    "Group not found" message when trying to access the preview forum


    Hey, Xbox support.

    I'm posting this topic because I can't seem to access the preview forum, and haven't been able to since I got invited back in July.

    Is there any way to fix that?

    I'm trying to report about the NXOE black screen that's been plaguing me since this past sunday...

    I am part of the preview program, however I keep getting the "group not found" message when I try to access the forums. How can I fix this? Thanks.

    Hey Nazo,

    the main forum team will be able to sort out your access once they spot this thread and verify you are in the preview.

    Keep an eye on this thread - they will post here when its sorted for you!

    Hi. I am having the same issue. I get the 'thanks for joining' message on the preview registration app and get the 'group not found' message when trying to access the preview forums. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    Hey Masterkiller150,

    group not found is an forum access error message.

    The main support team who monitor the forums will - when they spot this thread - verify you are in the preview program then manually grant you access to the preview areas of the forums.

    Keep an eye on this thread and they will update you when it is done!
