Group Chat Issues

My clan and I use group chats to notify everyone of in-game events. Since this update to message service, We have had to create new ones (as expected). Now, many of the people are being dropped from the groups, and cannot be re-added without creating a
whole new group. Then they just get booted again. This is happening, on both the console and the app.

What is the fix/workaround for this issue?

I do believe that a message was sent to everyone from xbox saying that all group messages would be deleted following the latest dashboard update. And that a new group would have to be made. Is it possible that some of your clan members are only just getting
the update hence the reason they are getting problems

Hi Canyon,

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. Make sure to use the report a problem function in the Insider hub app. This will let Microsoft know of the issues. As the update is new its best to wait and see if a patch comes soon.

Xbox Support for assistance with that. You can see if they have a workaround.
