Please double check if your windows system and all apps are up to date:

Open Settings, click Update and Security and then Windows Update;

Click Check for Updates;

Click the Download and Install Now option, if available (Install optional updates as well)

Also, check the Microsoft Store for any updates on the Xbox apps and its services and update everything too.

Now, sign out from your account on both Xbox app and Microsoft Store and do this:

Go to windows settings > apps > search for gaming services app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then reset

Then do the same for the Xbox app:

Go to windows settings > apps > search for Xbox app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then reset

Finally do this:

Step 1: Open the Run window by pressing Windows + R key.

Step 2: Input WSReset.exe in the Run window and click OK.

Step 3: Then a command prompt window will appear. After a few seconds, Windows Store will open.

Sign in again on both Microsoft store and Xbox app with your account and give it a new try.

MIcrosoft, dont give a **** **** about this, gamepass for pc download speeds are awful AF, cant belive im stuck with this ****

I've noticed that if the Xbox (Beta) app isn't the top highlighted window the download will stop. If I'm doing literally anything else the download will stop and I'll get an error, so I have to make sure that it's always the highlighted window whenever
I'm downloading something. Don't know if this is the same issue you're having, but I hop it helps.

sorry to hear. Here some advice which may solve your problem:

• Is your system really uptodate (please check Windows update and also the Store App).
  
• Check if all 4 XBOX Services and the 2 gaming service are running (via taskmanager).
• reset your router/modem by simply switching off and on
• Try "AppDiagnostic" to repair the Store.
• Some games need to be installed at C:
• Check your hard disk via scandisk and chkdsk /r.
• If this all fails "Try it with a clean boot"
• Please try to install this games via the store. If this does not work try it via the xbox webside.

Please after each step, restart system and check if your problem has been fixed
