Grounded crashing before start on Gamepass

Bought Gamepass and wanted to play grounded and didnt manage to play at start, i did a LOT of things and none of them worked, simply reinstalled the game and i could play normally.

Recently they updated Grounded and the problem came again, and, again, i reinstalled the game entirely and i played normally.

Today they updated the game again, and again, my game won't launch, but this time reinstalling its not working, and i cannot play anymore.

The game "launchs" normally, it opens and says "launching game" in the bottom-right corner, then after 10~ seconds it suddenly closes, no message error, no backgroud process, nothing, i tried everything, the Xbox preview says it "should play great on this PC" also installed another games and they can be played normally, using the gamepass interface, so the problem is with Grounded.

While i was able to playfor like 12 hours, my game was fluid, no fps loss, no crashes, everything running smooth, the problem is the game is simply not openning.

I have updated everything; windows, drivers, xbox, repaired the game, updated drivers, Visual studio, Direct X, compatibility mode, administrator, Powershell, Turning off antivirus, repair, Xbox companion console, etc. so i dont know what else to do.

We will provide few troubleshooting and if the issue persists still, this might need to assistance from the game support or developer. To have a better understanding, we would like to further isolate your concern.

We saw you mentioned PowerShell, may we confirm if you have tried to uninstall and reinstall Xbox Gaming Services through PowerShell too?

Are you part of PC Insider or Xbox Insider?

So far, from the details you provided, you can try the following steps and let us know the result. You can just skip those you have done already.

Method 1:

Please create a system restore point.

Method 3: Run system scans

Run a full system scan. This will check and restore corrupted system files.

In Windows search bar, search for Command Prompt and Run as Administrator.

Copy the command below one line at a time and paste it on Command Prompt:

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

SFC /scannow

Method 3: Perform a clean boot

A "clean boot" starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs, so you can tell if a background program is interfering with the game or program.

Once done, restart your computer and check if you can launch and play the game with no issues.

If the problem remains the same, you can reactivate these non-Microsoft services by following the same steps.

Hey Francia J. can u please tell me what to do if Grounded keeps crashing on PC xbox with having gamepass ultimate? everytime i start it, its start like other games but then "the game is crashed" errorcode: 0x0
